Hi, I am Jessica Rogal, a licensed clinical social worker. I am passionate about learning people's stories, walking alongside their struggles and teaming up together to build emotional resilience and sustainable, personal growth. I have been working eight plus years in the field with individual children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families struggling to find direction and move forward in their lives due to issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, histories of trauma, difficult family dynamics, life transitions, ambivalence, explosive behaviors, and relationship difficulties. My therapeutic approach is person-centered. I believe you are the expert on you. I strive to creatively integrate evidenced- based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma informed practices, mindfulness and neuroscience research. It is my goal to use my knowledge and experiences in a way that is honest, relatable, non-judgmental and consistent. Taking steps towards change can be scary and overwhelming. It would be an honor to provide a safe and thought-provoking space that empowers you to authentically explore your own experience.
