I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to help clients work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and common challenges that come during adolescence and early adulthood. I value authenticity, empathy and respect, and I work to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable opening up.
