About

I help clients with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma (among many other issues) find relief and healing through a collaborative, relational, therapy experience. Mental health struggles can be overwhelming and confusing, especially when attempts to manage symptoms don't feel very effective. This can be all the more challenging when symptoms become part of a repetitive pattern one doesn't know how to stop. I work with individuals to understand more deeply what and why they are experiencing their particular struggles, allowing for a more individualized treatment approach that enables a substantial shift in wellbeing.

I work largely from an attachment, multicultural, and relational psycodynamic framework that focuses on clients' emotional world, their unconscious, their early childhood experiences, and their unique culture. I understand the present to be heavily informed by the past, and thus constantly keep both in mind to ultimately help clients' in the here and now.

As a clinical psychologist I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and empathic space to understand and process clients' suffering. Diving into mental health struggles can be a vulnerable and scary, yet necessary endeavor. My goal is to be a caring, curious partner in the therapeutic journey and to provide a relationship that facilitates healing and change.
