I work with any who has been experiencing symptoms of Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Depression, & Co-Dependency and/or has been struggling with life transitions, personal growth and self-esteem. What makes me different from other therapists? My care is genuine. I am someone that will not only care about your symptoms, but will want to know you as a whole person. I am direct in my approach, and will help you make those tough & important connections. And while therapy can be clinical, it should be collaborative & casual and I will provide a safe space to laugh and/or cry without fear of judgement. I use an integrative and person-centered approach & specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness techniques. I will help you make those tough and important connections and help you find and nurture your inner voice by working collaboratively to uncover your resilience and find acceptance. I have struggled with anxiety and depression myself and know and understand how important it is to get the help you need. I feel passionate that therapy should be accessible for everyone; we all struggle with things in life, and I got into therapy because I do not believe that anyone should feel alone in that struggle.
