I work with toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults up to age 40 working through trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and more. I enjoy creating therapeutic goals that are individualized to each client's unique situation to maximize our time together. I meet with individuals in person and via telehealth. I completed my undergraduate Social Work degree at Minot State University with a concentration in addiction studies and my Master of Social Work degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Additional training and experience that guide my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and perinatal mental health. I enjoy working with individuals and collaborating with parents/caretakers to help clients meet their goals and feel confident in overcoming challenges.
