As a licensed clinical social worker with an eclectic therapeutic approach, I'm here to walk with you on your path to quality of life as YOU define it! I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families address issues stemming from grief/loss, chronic pain/illness, neurodiversity, caregiving, religious trauma, and more. I am also trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and DBT to assist you in securing positive change. Throughout my career, I have focused on military issues, end-of-life care, chronic illness, and disaster trauma. I also have experience working with unhoused populations and veterans to supporting medically compromised individuals and providing hospice care.
