Jessica has “a passion for working with adolescents, families, couples, and adults navigating challenges such as mood disorders, low self-esteem, relationship or family conflict, addiction, and the journey of finding your identity". Jessica is also pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Jessica is a LPC, NCC, and ACD at Family Renewal Counseling. It is Jessica's goal that her clients find hope, healing, and remain anchored through life's journey. Jessica's intent in counseling is to make sure that her clients feel safe and deeply understood. Jessica's experience includes counseling individuals who have experienced human sexuality, mood disorders, grief, adjustment with life transitions, persistent mental illnesses and relationship conflict. Jessica is seeking certification in EFT. It is Jessica's goal that her clients find hope, healing, and remain anchored through life's journey. Jessica's intent in counseling is to make sure that her clients feel safe and deeply understood. It is her belief that healing occurs when a person can begin to gain self-awareness, receive deep empathy, and are able to achieve congruence in their lives through incorporating research-supported psychotherapy.
