It is my goal to create a supportive, comfortable, safe environment to reach your goals. Along with youth, I also support families in understanding their family dynamics and the challenges of juggling multiple roles. I believe that there is no one type of therapy for all individuals as everyone is unique in their learning style and approach to life. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness. ARC (attachment, regulation and competency) and a trauma informed care approach in my practice.
