I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked in the mental health field since 2007. I have worked with individuals and families from various cultures and backgrounds. I believe that you are the expert of your life and through the counseling journey, my hope is to provide tools and strategies to help you reach your goals and become the best form of yourself. Change is difficult, but through rapport and a supportive environment, I help clients create life balance, increase self awareness and cope with their everyday stressors/ life challenges. I utilize approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT and EMDR which are evidence based approaches to help the client perspective take, align and reach their goals.
