Hi there! Looking for a therapist can be an overwhelming process, searching for a good fit, wondering if this will all work out, and looking for the "sign" that you've found the right one. I love my job as a therapist, because it's a unique space for us to partner together and invest your time in identifying the things that may or may not be working for you anymore. My hope is that together, we can find more balance, build better relationships, and grow personal confidence to move forward with lasting change. With 14+ years of experience, my specialties include helping clients work through various life transitions, women's issues including perinatal health, work-life balance/boundaries, pre-marital couples & adolescents age 13+. My hope is that the counseling environment becomes a safe space where you feel not only understood, but also encouraged & empowered. Traditional, face to face sessions are held at my office which is centrally located near downtown Largo, Florida. Video counseling is also available for Florida residents.
