About

As a dedicated therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards healing, growth, and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a genuine passion for helping others, I provide compassionate and client-centered therapy to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. In my practice, I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. The power of the therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change, and I believe a strong alliance is important for growth.

In my practice, I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore deeper emotional roots, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to access and regulate emotions. Through collaborative exploration, I assist clients in learning skills for long term use.

Above all, I am deeply honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate the ups and downs of their mental health journey. Witnessing their strength, courage, and resilience is truly inspiring, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support them in reaching their fullest potential. Ask for help when you need it, because vulnerability is a strength.
