About

We all have a story. I believe our stories and experiences deserve a trusting space to process free from judgment. Within the therapeutic relationship, I aim to empower individuals to honor their stories with empathy through nuances of language and self-exploration. When we are given a validating space to understand ourselves in relation to our experiences, we are capable of making meaningful changes in our lives. Through curiosity and collaboration, I support people’s natural ability to heal in the wake of hardship.

My orientation is integrative as I feel energized to blend talk therapy with holistic practices to facilitate mind/body connection. I incorporate aspects of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.

It takes courage to lean into what doesn’t feel good. By acknowledging this, you have begun the process of trusting yourself to endure and work through hard things. With utmost compassion, I am eager to meet you where you are on your journey as you share your story and connect to yourself in ways that support the worthwhile changes you want to make.
