Jessica has particular insight into the challenges facing creative individuals from her previous career as an actor. Jessica’s approach is supportive, grounded in mindfulness and attention towards somatic experience happening in the here-and-now, with a focus on relationships. She is also well versed in the language of recovery and 12 Step programs. Sessions with Jessica are collaborative and goal-oriented, emphasizing emotional safety and respect. It is Jessica's belief that you are the expert on your own experience, and thus you know better than anyone else what you need to heal; it is her job to ask the right questions so you may arrive at the answers.
