My personal philosophy is, therapy is not one size fits all. Meet people where they are and help them to learn how to live their best life possible. I have had the privilege of counseling in military health facilities, community and inpatient mental health, substance abuse clinics, private practice, and public-school systems. I utilize a holistic, mindfulness, and if requested, faith based approach to counseling that can be included in treatment. I have over 10 years of experience counseling. I utilize a vast array of interventions, specializes in working with adults and children to manage emotional issues, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, grief and trauma. I also have specialized training in working with autism and developmental disabilities. From the stressors of everyday life to trauma, grief, compassion fatigue, and everything in between, I would love to help you find your inner warrior.
