It is common for people’s lives to become unmanageable after experiencing a major life event. The pressure of trying to handle it all can make it difficult to take time for yourself, and even more difficult, to seek therapy. My hope is that by connecting with me, you will find a therapeutic and nonjudgmental environment conducive to helping you manage your life and grow to be the best possible version of you. During the last five years serving as an active duty Air Force psychologist, I felt honored to be part of the service members’ transformations as they worked through various concerns, such as sleep, depression, anxiety, relationship distress, life transitions, grief, and trauma/PTSD. My vast experience with many populations and therapeutic modalities allows me to tailor treatment to each individual. Everyone is unique and in our therapeutic alliance, I will bring forward your strengths so we can explore and tackle the areas you decide are problematic and need addressing. I would be honored to support you in your time of healing.
