Hi I'm Jessica! I'm a somatic and IFS-oriented therapist in Madison, WI with over 18 years of experience. My specialties are trauma-complex and developmental, anxiety, panic, chronic pain as well as supporting those who have difficulties with relationships, communication, self-esteem, boundaries and identity. Other focus areas: life transitions, secondary trauma, chronic stress, burnout, parenting and ADHD. I have a special interest in working with young adults, women, BIPOC, immigrants of color, LGBTQIA+ as well as highly sensitive, intuitive and/or creative people. I offer a body-oriented, holistic approach that includes the whole being in the healing process. Somatic Experiencing and IFS/Ego State approaches are my primary modalities along with other models. You can expect compassionate curiosity, presence, creativity, humor and authenticity. My approach to healing is collaborative and at a pace that feels manageable. I know taking this first step can take courage as well as being vulnerable with a new person. My intention is to create a space that is warm and welcoming–where you feel like you can be your full self. My hope is that you feel deeply understood and comfortable to tell your story.
