About

As a therapist, it is always my goal to make the client feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I like to validate that starting the process of therapy and opening up to a stranger can be challenging but is the first step towards change. I have worked with many clients struggling with a wide range of issues, but mostly work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. In working with clients, I utilize evidence based treatments such as CBT and DBT. I am here to help the client reach their goals by aiding them in learning tools and techniques that help them to cope and make changes.

I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2018 and received a masters degree in counseling psychology with a focus in trauma and addictions. I have worked in inpatient, IOP, and outpatient services. I understand that, no matter the diagnosis, every client is unique and we will work together to determine the best therapy for you.

You have already taken the biggest step by looking for support and if you feel we might be a good fit, please reach out. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them! I look forward to being a small part in your journey to self-healing, changed behaviors, and growth.
