Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
In life we have a wave of experiences. These waves can challenge and inspire us. Throughout life, it can be valuable to have a space that is your own. A space where you feel safe and uplifted. This is why it is important to find a therapist that meets your needs. I am a Latinx bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in working with individuals who are facing challenges related to self-worth, difficulty with life transitions, family of origin experiences, family conflict, and interpersonal difficulties. As well as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work from an approach that is centered on empowerment, non-judgement, and a strengths-based perspective. I also incorporate different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Along with traditional talk therapy, I am also trained in Brainspotting (BSP) and pursuing a 200 hour yoga teacher training. The truth is not the same combination of treatment works for everyone. My purpose is to walk alongside you as you engage in the healing space that feels best for you. If this feels like a good fit, please contact me by email to schedule your initial evaluation.
