About

I specialize in working with adolescents, and adults to find the patterns in their lives that are no longer helpful, and to empower them to make choices fueled by personal values.

As partners, we will work through the struggles, transitions, and distress that brought you to therapy in order to create balance and wellness tailored for your life. With adolescents, I use a variety of play and talk methods to explore all the parts of the self in a safe and non-judgmental way.

For all my clients, I bring a warm, holistic perspective to my therapy space wherein I aim to both accept and challenge you in meaningful ways. Together, we will make sense of your journey and create a path forward.
