About

Life is full of transitions and setbacks that can be difficult to navigate. Maybe you have a child or teenager needing extra support because of emotional or behavioral challenges at school. Maybe you struggle with a relationship or feel stuck during this current stage of life. Sometimes, these experiences can leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, and alone. I am passionate about assisting others to break unhelpful patterns so they can experience positive change. It takes courage to reach out for help because it can be intimidating. You deserve to have support when facing life’s challenges and you don’t have to do it alone.

I learned that effective therapy requires tailored treatment through my diverse professional experiences in settings, such as the school system and residential treatment. My specialties include play & filial therapy. I am skilled in helping clients with issues like trauma and substance abuse. I also enjoy providing education, skills, and support to parents.

My role is to provide a non-judgmental and supportive space where you feel accepted and understood. We work together to pull you from any pain, desperation, or hopelessness you are experiencing. The counseling relationship is built on trust, which facilitates healing and growth towards meaningful goals that allow you to live an improved, more authentic life.
