I am passionate about assisting others to break unhelpful patterns so they can experience positive change. It takes courage to reach out for help because it can be intimidating. You deserve to have support when facing life’s challenges and you don’t have to do it alone. I learned that effective therapy requires tailored treatment through my diverse professional experiences in settings, such as the school system and residential treatment. My specialties include play & filial therapy. I am skilled in helping clients with issues like trauma and substance abuse. I also enjoy providing education, skills, and support to parents. My role is to provide a non-judgmental and supportive space where you feel accepted and understood. We work together to pull you from any pain, desperation, or hopelessness you are experiencing.
