About
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. I have experience treating bipolar disorder/psychotic disorders, substance use, anxiety and depression. I also have increased knowledge related to family work and psychoeducation related to psychotic disorders. I can assist in case management and referrals to a variety of programs in and around Massachusetts. My goal for sessions are for clients to feel supported and empowered in their treatment. I will help assist in identifying goals of therapy and work towards increasing coping skills and overall well being I enjoy taking a strength based approach, along side CBT/DBT and motivational interviewing. I feel that we all have protective factors and things that make us resilient. I enjoy identifying those traits and utilize them to create an empowering environment for my clients. I also foster an environment where clients can use our session as a safe space to vent.
