Living with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief or just dealing with life stressors and decision making can be exhausting. Many people struggle silently with symptoms such as sadness, crying spells, worthlessness, lack of motivation, communication difficulties, inability to concentrate and excessive worry. It can feel like you are all alone and that there is no hope. The good news is, there is hope and healing! I will journey along side you with unconditional positive regard and a true, vested interest in your growth and restoration. I have a genuine passion for helping individuals and couples identify and use their strengths to make positive changes. While practicing life skills in the office, I also provide clients with strategies and techniques that they can apply day-to-day in the real world. I work together, with my clients, to empower them to achieve their maximum potential. I offer a Christian perspective in a quiet, private practice setting. I, myself, have a strong spiritual foundation and believe that tapping into an individual’s personal spirituality can provide strength and guidance; further enhancing the therapeutic experience.
