I provide psychotherapy and didactic trauma education for individuals, couples and teens in Missoula and Montana at large. My work with clients centers around complex developmental trauma, the body-brain connection, attachment and polyvagal theory. After working with children and families, including foster and adoptive parents, I love bringing my passion for trauma education to help clients learn more about what their brain and bodies are trying to communicate, identifying protective strategies and working to create techniques to promote healthy emotional regulation. LCSW Candidate. I provide counseling and parent coaching services. I specialize in complex developmental trauma (toxic stress that is ongoing or has occurred over time), primary or secondary trauma, relationship challenges, depression, dissociation, difficulties with teens and parenting for children in foster/adoptive care.
