Located on the Charles River in Wellesley, Massachusetts, the Riverbend Group is a small team of mental health practitioners who take a holistic, client-centered approach to mental health. We offer individual and family psychotherapy, group therapy, meditation instruction and clinical supervision. Having lived for several years in a Buddhist community, I enjoy sharing/teaching meditation with interested clients. Please send an e-mail if you are interested in individual meditation instruction, or if you would like to be notified about our meditation/stress reduction group starting later this year in our Wellesley office. We will be offering various parent support groups and adolescent/young adult DBT skills groups beginning in the fall of 2022. Please get in touch if you would like more information about any of our group offerings. We work toward gearing groups to our community, so it is also very helpful to hear from folks about their specific interest/needs.
