About

Feeling lost or stuck? Overwhelmed by the weight of expectations, past traumas, or the unique challenges of a neurodivergent mind? Or perhaps you're a fellow therapist or healthcare provider grappling with burnout and seeking support? You're not alone. Do you long to understand how your life experiences impact your nervous system and overall well-being? My practice seeks to provide a nurturing space for those seeking deeper self-understanding and healing. Together, we'll explore the ways stress, trauma and burnout may be manifesting in your life, unravel its effects on your mind and body, and empower you to reclaim your life.

My work is deeply trauma-informed and sessions are structured with an understanding of the whole person - mind, body and nervous system. I work not to pathologize you but to gain a deep understanding of how your nervous system has been hardwired for stress, panic, anxiety, depression and the like. I have extensive experience working with PTSD and C-PTSD.

It can feel like a huge step to contact someone about something so deeply personal but I encourage you to send me an email and if we are a good fit I will be happy to set up a consult call. I am unable to respond to every referral email, if I am able to schedule a consult with you I will do my best to respond back within 72 business hours.
