About

Navigating adulthood as a 20- or 30-something is not something we're taught and can leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected. You may be asking yourself: Is adulting supposed to be this tough? Why does everyone but me seem to have it all figured out? I know I’m too hard on myself, but how else will I improve and finally start to feel “good enough?” If I'm aware of the patterns that keep getting in my way, why is it so hard to change them? You are not alone in feeling stuck, anxious, and lost right now. If it feels like you’ve tried everything and the support of family and friends isn't enough, it’s time for a change. View 5 Photos

Sometimes we just need support, understanding and an outside perspective from someone who gets it. I'm here to help you untangle the complicated web of young adulthood and make connections between the parts that are confusing. By exploring the different aspects of who you are, we can take tangible steps toward creating healthier habits and a meaningful life.

I've been through it myself and understand the unique pressures and demands of being a young adult today. These experiences allow me to be authentic and real with my clients so we can partner and create lasting change together. Our sessions will help you learn concrete skills to deal with the hard parts and gain confidence. Ready for change? Let's do this!
