About

So many of us have been cut off from our bodies, creativity, and exploring or expressing our authentic selves. I’m passionate about helping you revive those connections so you can live more of the life you want.  Doing that often isn’t easy, but it can be so worth it, and you deserve access to your full aliveness. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your diverse experiences and fully welcome all aspects of your multifaceted self. Whether you're looking to feel more connected and resourced, heal from trauma, shift patterns, or reclaim your voice, creativity, or agency, I'd love to support you.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and holistic. We can find what works for you. In addition to curiosity, creativity, humor, and presence, I bring training in Internal Family Systems, expressive arts therapy, somatic/body-based and nature-based therapies, and more. This can help us go beyond talk therapy, and create real shifts & lasting change.

I see my role as collaborator and facilitator. I offer support and tools to help you access the brilliance of your whole self and feel more connected to life and resource. Together, we can tap into the deep wells of nourishment and creativity within and around you and water what you want to grow. Feel free to reach out for a free 15 min consultation.
