It has been said that, “change is the only constant in life” (Heraclitus). This statement may ring true for you, and it may even have led you here. Change can be exciting, AND it can also be daunting, anxiety-inducing and downright paralyzing at times. We experience many moments of transition and new stages in life, and I’m here to help you navigate these waters. I specialize in working with teens, especially those with perfectionism, young professionals, and new parents. My areas of expertise include childhood and adult trauma, perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, grief, and supporting parents of anxious children. I strive to provide a safe and calming environment to help you explore the areas for improvement and change YOU wish to achieve through seeking out therapy. We will collaborate to find an integrated, client-centered approach that includes a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT, TF-CBT, and others to best address your individual needs and goals. I am here to help you sharpen the skills already at your disposal and to help you uncover yet untapped strengths. I will meet you with empathy, warmth and humor in our work. It is my honor to journey beside you and reflect on your gains and areas for continued growth as you walk along the path to your truest self.
