Congratulations on your decision to improve your life! It's time to get to work. We will draw from several schools of thought in order to create a unique approach that best suits your needs. You are inherently powerful and already have strengths to draw from. It will be our goal to recognize these tools and use them effectively. To move from surviving your life's challenges, to enjoying and even relishing them. We will work closely together to identify your triggers, and help you create simple techniques to help reduce unwanted feelings.

You may already know what changes to make, but need some unbiased support. I will offer you practical tools to use: CBT, EFT, stress relaxation, thought stopping, positive reframing, tools for overcoming negative self-talk, focus on being safe emotionally with others, and more.

Let's talk by phone to see if we may be a good fit. If yes, great! If not, I will try and help you find someone who has a different approach. After more than twenty years of experience, I know that I'm not for everyone. Still, I do my best to be real, use humor and curiosity, and see you as an equal.
