About

I have a conversational approach and welcome humor alongside the deep work of therapy. I come alongside adults and relationships to support you in your healing and connection mainly through the lens of Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems, but most importantly, I pull from many wise teachers to find what works for you.

Opening relationships, infidelity, sexual issues, shadow work, self-esteem, accessing emotions, nervous system regulation, depression, anxiety, suicidality, boundary setting, communication difficulties, support through losses and major life transitions, increasing relationship trust and intimacy, and support in separating well.

Therapy works best when you feel comfortable with your therapist, the therapist has the competencies you need, and you feel understood and cared for. I deeply enjoy my clients and feel humbled to support them through life for the short or long-term. I invite you to schedule a free 20 minute consultation with me to see if we are a good match.
