Life can become difficult out of nowhere or maybe it feels like no matter what you try it has always been hard. Often times this is due to not having the right skills to be able to navigate through our emotional response to what has happened to us or what we may have done. It is my goal to provide a space for any client to be comfortable enough to open up and not worry about judgment or being heard, I also call my clients out on destructive behaviors or beliefs. I do this because as humans we tend to be blind to them and having an unbiased person to do that for us can be extremely beneficial for our growth. With REBT and DBT, I can help clients find the right tools to help them with distress tolerance, combating irrational and rationalized beliefs to then form rational ones, emotional regulation, learn how to truly identify and feel our emotions and developing interpersonal relationship skills. I strive to help client learn how to navigate life in a healthy way I was adopted at birth and have lived in a wide range of places from inner cities to a small mountain town in Montana and being a former college athlete. All of the experiences have provided me the opportunity to see a plethora of cultures in which plays a large role in being able to identify and be open with a wide variety of clients.
