I am currently operating on a waitlist and my waitlist is full at this time. I will update this profile of any changes in a timely manner. There are openings for my weekly in-person group designed for women who are survivors of sexual assault (Wednesdays 6-7:30p). Visit my website to learn more! My specialty areas include trauma, relationship concerns (with partners, family, friends, coworkers, etc.), identity exploration and development (LGBTQ2S+, disabilities, etc.), and neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD). Sometimes we spend so much energy accommodating the people around us, we forget to ask, "what do I want?" My aim is using therapies that are empowering and help you to reclaim your story.
