I genuinely enjoy working with a variety of people, I appreciate the new experiences and perspectives. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, and am comfortable with a variety of modalities and approaches. There is no "one size fits all," but generally therapy is going to center around CBT and include a combination of skill building, affective regulation, incremental behavioral change, mindfulness, and other healthy strategies and goals. My style is to be 100% present, hopeful and ready to work for what you need in session, whether that be listening, supporting or practicing skills. Most of my experience is related to Depressive and Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Trauma and Addictions. I am comfortable working with most clients, but if I am not a good fit for you, I will make sure you are connected with another therapist. I am proud of you for getting this far.
