About

I believe you’re stronger and wiser than your current struggles might lead you to believe. It’s just that sometimes our core strength gets covered up by the stress of life and the difficulties we’ve faced. With me, therapy is about helping your best self emerge, which often takes a big dose of compassion and a much-needed break. I work with clients on a variety of issues, including anxiety and depression, relationships and sex, career changes, grief, trauma, and growing up in dysfunctional families. I'm also passionate about supporting LGBTQ, trans, and gender expansive clients.

I help people heal from trauma, PTSD, and the effects of growing up in a difficult family. Some clients explore how their early experiences shaped who they are today without defining or hurting them anymore. I also work with clients to improve their relationship with sex, both healthy, fun sexuality and compulsive behavior.

Regardless of who you are or where you’ve come from, I believe therapy can provide a safe, gradual way to face the things you’ve been struggling with. And in the process, you’ll find and affirm strengths and resources that help you heal, grow, and thrive.
