About

I specialize in working with children age 5+, adolescents and their families. Together, we’ll create a plan to navigate family conflict, school performance issues, social difficulties, divorce, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood dysregulation and behavioral difficulties. For my adult clients, therapeutic issues typically focus on depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship concerns, stress management, self-esteem, marital/relationship discord, and life transitions. For couples considering divorce or divorcing, I have been trained in Collaborative Law Practice.

In addition to therapy, I conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, which can yield a wealth of information to help with treatment and educational planning. I also participate in the Joint Admissions Testing Program (JATP), which helps in the admission process for families applying to private schools in metro Atlanta.

I believe that creating a warm, safe, and respectful environment is pertinent to establishing a healthy therapeutic relationship with my clients and helping them to achieve their therapy goals. Therapy is a collaborative process between myself and my clients with the overarching goals of improving relationships, emotional regulation, self-understanding, adjustment, and life satisfaction.
