I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating challenges related to drinking, drug use, or mental health. For those facing both mental health issues and addiction, I provide tailored support through substance use counseling and trauma-informed therapy. I partner with clients to address these areas together, helping them build on their strengths and values. My goal is to offer hope, understanding, and steadfast support throughout the therapy journey. In addition to working with adults, I am passionate about supporting pre-teens and teens who may feel misunderstood and overwhelmed. Whether they are dealing with school-related struggles, social anxiety, loneliness, or substance use, I am here to help them develop new, lasting habits and coping skills to move toward their goals. Recognizing that addiction and mental health issues are complex and influenced by various factors, I use an individualized approach to each person. I am trained in Brainspotting therapy for children and adults, a powerful brain-body based approach for treating trauma and other symptoms. I am eager to work with you!
