I enjoy working with men, woman and couples who are motivated to reduce suffering. I help clients who struggle with anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and those who are exploring a faith transition. I work with mixed-faith couples to navigate the changes in their relationship. During a faith transition clients may experience: grief, existential crisis, interpersonal problems, depression and disillusionment, loneliness and increased anxiety. I help clients understand and repair from the complex nature of this loss. I am trained to treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive Disorder, Excoriation (skin picking) and Trichotillomania (hair pulling). I am trained to work with couples. I am trained to work with trauma, including complex trauma, as well as grief and loss. Clients will feel heard and understood. Clients will learn to listen to and trust themselves in order to gain confidence, move toward goals and heal relationships. I believe in growth and want to assist clients as they learn new skills.
