About

Whether you are experiencing disruptive symptoms of anxiety/depression or feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled, therapy can help. Stress can affect us in many different ways and one of those ways is by encouraging unhealthy coping mechanisms that tend to create even more issues. If you are feeling alone or are the person everyone comes to with their problems or you have ideas of how to feel better but can't seem to make progress, I encourage you to reach out. Every person can benefit from having the time and space set apart to reflect, process and chart their course forward so they can experience joy, connection, and peace again.

More than the actual stressors, a person's underlying belief about themselves and their situation is what causes the most distress. By providing an environment of warmth and acceptance, we can partner to identify these beliefs. I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic strategies and specialize in working with health care professionals and women's issues.

Whatever you are going through, I want you to know that you have value. In a life filled with endless demands, it's necessary to consider what you need and take the time to provide yourself with care. If you are unsure how therapy can help, please reach out for a free consult. If I am not the best fit for you, I will try to help you find the person who is.
