I am accepting new clients! Does it feel like your anxious or obsessive thoughts are interrupting your daily life? Do you feel keyed up, irritable, or on edge? Do you feel a sense of dread or impending doom? Do you have a fear of the next panic attack? Do you experience unwanted thoughts, urges, or images? I strive to provide a warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment where we can work together to help you with your presenting concerns. I honor each client and their story and believe that the therapeutic relationship—built on openness, vulnerability, and trust—is necessary for success. Utilizing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I will work closely with you to identify thoughts, emotions, and behaviors contributing to your distress. I'm also trained in Inference Based CBT for OCD (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety related disorders, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. I customize treatment to your specific life circumstances, values, and needs. My focus is in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD; however, I work with a wide range of concerns. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. I look forward to hearing from you!
