Are you experiencing symptoms associated with depression, stress, anxiety, or panic? Do you want to take your life back after a traumatic experience? Are you experiencing the struggles of being in a relationship with someone who has a difficult, high conflict, antagonistic personality style? I strive to guide my clients through their life situations in a manner that leads to a better understanding of themselves and others. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental setting in which we can work collaboratively to help you reach your goals. I have experience and expertise in working with clients struggling with a broad array of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and grief. I have extensive training in prolonged exposure therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder. I also have extensive training in exposure and response prevention for obsessive-compulsive disorder. It takes courage to make changes in our lives. Reaching out for support can be difficult. In therapy, it is important for you to feel listened to, understood, validated, challenged, and empowered. I consider providing therapy to be a privilege. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
