I am a compassionate person who seeks to help others discover their own inherent worth and beauty. I have received my Bachelor’s Education from the University of Houston and my Master’s Education from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. I have also been active in research through an Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy Project since 2009. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with their self-worth, body-image, and/or an eating disorder. I work diligently to understand how my clients experience life and journey with them in a way that empowers them to believe in the truth of their inherent worth and beauty. In Individual sessions, we spend 60 minutes talking about different emotions and how they can get tangled in a confusing web mixed with truth and lies. In Couple/Family sessions, we spend 75 minutes talking about each family member's emotions and how they affect our most significant relationships.
