Hi! I’m Jenny. As a therapist, I support individuals in their work to pursue personal growth and a better quality of life. My approach is strengths based and client led - guided by you and designed to meet your unique needs and priorities. I strive to create an authentically warm and welcoming space for you to share your thoughts and feelings free from judgment, building a platform for positive change. Together we will explore your concerns related to stress, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, identity, and relationships. I hold specialized training in service to historically marginalized populations, trauma informed-care, and EMDR. I am eager to support people across the spectrum of human experience, including clients identifying as LGBTQI and BIPOC. I am a registered member of The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and work to offer a decolonized approach to therapy for my clients. If this sounds like the support you are looking for, please reach out for more information. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!
