About

I help young adults (ages 17-27) overcome anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other challenges they may face. We don’t stop there, though. My goal is to help you build the life you want. Once we’ve alleviated the primary symptoms you’re dealing with, we’ll move on to identifying who you want to be and how you want your life to look—and determine how you can get there.

My approach is based in cognitive behavioral therapy, but my methods are specifically adapted for young adults. I work with individuals aged 17-27, offering compassionate, pragmatic support. My advice will be tailored around your unique needs and goals. You will receive honest feedback, gentle pushes, and proven tools for building a better life.

What do you want your life to look like? Who are you hoping to become? What changes would you like to make? Together, we can find the solutions that work for you.
