I have over 25 years of experience in the social work field working with individuals of all ages, families, LGBTQ and students and come from a strengths-based and solution focused approach. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and AASECT certified sex therapist committed to building a solid relationship and creating a safe space for anyone to share and explore together. Through talk therapy I can also incorporate various methods of treatment like CBT, solution focused therapy, sex therapy, sensate focus, mindfulness and spiritual guidance (positive and/or negative experiences). Specialties: Sex therapy, couples/individuals and intimacy, premarital counseling, self-care and mindfulness, LGBTQ, exploring spirituality issues, guilt/shame, depression, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, cultural struggles, self-esteem and identity issues, college and career counseling and clinical supervision. I don't know one person who doesn't want to be understood. I believe there is an undeniable need that everyone has to connect with someone or something, on some deeper level.
