About

Jennifer provides counseling support for individuals struggling with relationship concerns, infertility, grief (including pregnancy loss/miscarriage), sudden or chronic illness/medical concerns, depression, anxiety, as well as other life transitions. Jen believes that just because you may feel alone does not mean you have to go through these challenges alone. She works from a strengths based lens and provides active and collaborative support during a time when things feel hard or unmanageable. She has spent many years as part of a counseling center as well as providing mental health care in a medical setting.

Jen works to empower clients with understanding and kindness as they navigate difficult moments in life. She recognizes the concerns that brought you to counseling can become all consuming and provides a non-judgmental space for skill building and support.

Jennifer creates an environment that is warm and welcoming. She believes that authenticity, compassion and humor are vital to making it through difficult times and this comes through naturally in her counseling sessions. She encourages clients to lean into their emotions because often times that's when growth happens.
