I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health field for 20 years. I have worked with people how have struggled with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and PTSD. Life can be really hard and sometimes it gives us more than we think we think we can bare. You don’t have to do it on your own.
