About

Thank you for your interest. People come to therapy to address a variety of issues and needs. Therapy helps people to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, the issues impacting their lives and barriers to personal change. Therapy helps to take down those walls and aids the building of a more satisfying and authentically lived life.

My 10 years' experience includes working with clients with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, and those who struggle with trauma. I also work with clients seeking limited, short-term therapy for help with meeting identified goals. My practice is in individual, group, and family/couples therapy.

My therapeutic practice involves a synthesis of theories pertaining to human experience and psychology as reflected in our thinking, beliefs and capacity for relatedness with others. I use these and other traditions of thought on what it is to be human and the internal conflicts and struggles that can arise in all of us.
