About

I believe therapy is often sought in times of deep despair, grief, and heartache, when the weight of life's challenges feels unbearable and isolating. My client-centered approach is designed to ensure that you do not have to face these struggles alone. I prioritize being fully present with my clients, so they can feel supported as they navigate life's toughest moments. I encourage open, transparent communication, inviting you to share exactly what you need from me, and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to help you get what you need—or finding the right person who can. I have experience working with a diverse range of populations, including individuals of different races, ages, religions, sexual orientations, and belief systems, as well as those with varying disabilities. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in individual, couple, and family therapy settings, as well as leading group therapy sessions.

In terms of my therapeutic approach, I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychological First Aid (PFA). These methods allow me to tailor my support to the unique needs of each client, offering practical tools and strategies to help you move forward, regain balance, and heal.
