Change can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes the change seems so big it is hard to know where to start. The focus of my work is to meet the client where he/she is at and help identify steps for change. I use a variety of cognitive and sensory techniques to help clients break out of old patterns and cope with the stressors of life. I have a background working with children and families who have experienced trauma. Traumas that effect families range from divorce, loss of any kind, economic struggles, , or violence in the home. In addition, I work with individuals who have experienced developmental trauma. My work is focused on helping those individuals heal from the trauma. With all that is happening in the world right now, many people are experiencing an increase in stress, anxiety, and depression. Sometimes, reaching out and talking to someone about it can make a huge difference. You do not need to be alone in your pain.
