About

This "little thing called life" is not working for you. Your struggle with sexuality, gender, addiction, depression, or anxiety can be overwhelming. You feel odd, weird, alone. You do not need to be alone. We will work together to tailor our approach to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You want to laugh again, and not sarcastically or ironically. Let's rediscover the humor in this little thing called life. View 7 Photos

I work with LGBTQIA+, substance abuse, trauma, women's issues, and chronic mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, bipolar, and personality disorders. I have experience creating change plans with Motivational Interviewing, helping people stay in the present with Mindfulness, and assisting with extreme emotions with Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Taking the first step to start therapy can be difficult and at times intimidating, I am proud of you for getting started! Call or email me so we can work together to help you. I try to make things as easy as possible and have online calendars that will help you book a free consult and appointments! Find the therapist that you can connect with!
